Both shot at 50mm, during the test Sony A7 paired with Sony 50mm f1.8 lens, Sony A6300 paired with the A7 kit lens 28-70mm, both lenses are full frame.
Sony A7 as full frame camera definitely captures more detail, which is understandable considering Sony 50mm prime lens is already sharper than the kit lens at 30-35mm(equivalent to full frame 50mm), then must count the fact that using a full frame lens on crop body also reduces sharpness.
So, A6300 was at quite a disadvantage in the test yet wasn't much worse in the right shooting condition.
Bokeh: If you use 85mm lens on crop body the effective focal length will be over 130mm and that creates crazy amount of separation between foreground and background. However when you use a focal length that's equivalent to full frame and shoot at the same factual focal length you'll see that actually full frame has better bokeh.
